The role of Grill Cook at Sodexo, located at L3Harris in Palm Bay, is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $24.00. This role is essential in delivering quality food services across various meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events including catering. As a Grill Cook, you will be a key team player responsible for preparing, portioning, grilling, and presenting a variety of both hot and cold foods with precision and efficiency.   • Ability to work morning shifts on weekdays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and serve customers ordering a la carte and operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other assigned tasks which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
