Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in cooking or food preparation
- ability to work various shifts including early morning, evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill and present a variety of hot and/or cold food for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
- read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- prepare food and/or serve customers ordering à la carte and/or operate grill, fryer and other kitchen equipment
- report to work and be on time for scheduled shifts with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned tasks which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
