Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts and days with open availability
- Team-oriented with adaptability and reliability
- Basic culinary knowledge and food safety awareness
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present cold and/or hot foods with precision and efficiency for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events/catering
- Read and follow basic recipes and product instructions to prepare various foods
- Prepare made-to-order meals and/or operate a grill station as needed
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks that may vary between accounts depending on business needs and customer requirements
