Sodexo is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join their team at the KERRY FOODS USA HQ in Beloit. This full-time role offers weekday shifts, including morning and afternoon or evening schedules, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. As a vital member of the Sodexo culinary team, the Cook will contribute significantly to delivering high-quality food products that delight customers while minimizing food waste. The position involves preparing and portioning a variety of hot and cold foods with precision and efficiency, catering to meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering occasions. The Cook will also have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive service experience.

This role requires attention to detail in following recipes and product instructions, as well as the flexibility to adapt to different account needs and business demands. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods accurately and efficiently for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product instructions to prepare different food items
  • Prepare foods and serve customers ordering a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other assigned tasks which may vary by account depending on business needs and client requirements
