Job Requirements

  • Ability to work weekday morning and afternoon/evening shifts
  • Flexibility to perform various cooking tasks as assigned
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good physical stamina to perform standing and active kitchen duties
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Zero to two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Team spirit and adaptability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous culinary or food preparation experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods accurately and efficiently for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product instructions to prepare different food items
  • Prepare foods and serve customers ordering a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other assigned tasks which may vary by account depending on business needs and client requirements
