Job Duties

  • Follow instructions of Chef to properly execute menu vision
  • ensuring consistency and compliance with Cobb's recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
  • Prepare meals as part of a team, upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety at all times
  • Follow Cobb's guidelines concerning food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/ space
  • Clean kitchen at the end of each night, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down all surfaces, and overall area sanitation
  • Appropriately store all food product to ensure safety, quality and freshness
  • Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
  • Schedule varies and might require weekend hours, days and evenings
  • Other duties as necessary may be assigned by the manager or supervisor to whom this position reports
