Coast Candymakers is a renowned candy shop dedicated to creating a wide range of sweets and baked goods with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Known for their creamy pralines, rich fudge, and various delicious confections made from scratch, Coast Candymakers has established a strong reputation within the local community and among visitors. Located next to Island View Casino's Beach Blvd Steamer, the shop operates Sunday through Thursday from 10 am to 10 pm and Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm. The establishment prides itself on excellent customer service and the ability to offer freshly made candies and desserts that delight guests of all ages.
The role of the Confectioner at Coast Candymakers is a pivotal position within the team, focused on the production and creation of sweet treats and baked goods not only for the Coast Candy Makers shop but also for the Sweet Stop and occasionally for banquets and other outlets. This multifaceted role involves mixing and cooking candy ingredients precisely, either by following or adjusting existing recipes or by formulating new ones to meet specific flavor, texture, and color standards. This position requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and culinary skill to ensure each product is consistently exceptional.

Job Duties

- maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
