Known for their creamy pralines, rich fudge, and various delicious confections made from scratch, Coast Candymakers has established a strong reputation within the local community and among visitors. Located next to Island View Casino's Beach Blvd Steamer, the shop operates Sunday through Thursday from 10 am to 10 pm and Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm. - previous experience in confectionery or baking
- ability to follow recipes accurately

Job Duties
- mix and cook candy ingredients following or modifying recipes to produce specified flavor texture and color
- provide friendly courteous service to guests
- assist in the steamer bakery to create desserts rolls and other baked goods
- prepare sweets and baked goods for Coast Candymakers Sweet Stop banquets and other outlets
- maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
- monitor ingredient quality and product consistency
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
