This full-time role encompasses not only practicing diverse and rewarding medicine—including general practice, urgent care, emergency cases during business hours, dentistry, oral and soft tissue surgery, and certain orthopedic procedures—but also partnering with hospital leadership to promote medical excellence, staff development, retention, and hospital growth. As a co-leader, you will mentor your colleagues, help maintain high medical standards, and contribute to cultivating a collaborative hospital culture with a shared commitment to exceptional patient care. Work-life balance is prioritized with a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, rotating paid Saturdays, and Sundays off. Compensation includes a competitive base salary reflecting experience, a Co-Medical Director stipend, production-based earning opportunities, plus sign-on and relocation benefits.
This role is ideal for established leaders or veterinarians motivated to expand their leadership skills in a supportive environment with strong administrative backing. This is a highly productive hospital that sees over 20 patients daily, offering a diverse caseload that keeps the role both challenging and fulfilling. Equipped with a dedicated surgical suite, dental suite, and isolation ward, the hospital supports advanced medical and surgical services including foreign body surgeries, amputations, enucleations, splenectomies, and more.
