Job Description
Little Caesars is a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain specializing in pizza and related food items. Known for its commitment to quality and speedy service, Little Caesars has established itself as a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry. With thousands of locations worldwide, the brand prides itself on its signature "Hot-N-Ready" menu, providing customers with fresh, delicious food quickly and efficiently. The company values customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in every store.
In the role of Co-Manager within the Food and Beverage category, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations to ensure the smooth and profitable functioning of the business. This part-time, non-exempt position requires at least one year of management experience in food service. As a Co-Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring food quality, and upholding the brand’s operational standards. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on management, leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight. You will be directly involved in supervising staff, addressing customer needs, and managing daily paperwork and monetary transactions. The position demands a combination of leadership skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Co-Manager is not only responsible for supporting the General Manager when present but will often lead the team in the GM’s absence. This includes motivating and coaching employees, handling any workplace issues professionally, and ensuring that health, safety, and operational policies are strictly followed. Part of your duties will also involve inventory management, ordering supplies, creating staff schedules, and ensuring that the restaurant opens and closes on time with all equipment functioning properly.
Working as a Co-Manager at Little Caesars requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and certain holidays, such as Halloween. The job is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 55 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in hot or cold environments. Additionally, you will need to be able to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, communicate clearly with staff and customers, and engage in promotional activities to help drive sales. An important aspect of this role is confidentiality, particularly regarding sales figures, recipes, and other proprietary business information.
Little Caesars offers benefits such as a 401k plan and Earned Wage Access, enabling employees to access their wages on demand. The company is committed to providing accommodations as needed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act to ensure a safe and supportive work environment. Overall, this role offers a blend of customer service, leadership, and operational responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their management career in the food service industry.
