Little Caesars is known for its commitment to fresh ingredients, speedy service, and customer satisfaction. As part of the fast-food industry, Little Caesars offers a dynamic work environment where customer service and operational excellence are top priorities. Cedars Group prides itself on fostering a positive and productive workplace culture that encourages professional growth and teamwork among its employees.

The Co-Manager role at Little Caesars under Cedars Group is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week. This role serves as a crucial leadership position supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations to drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and superior customer service. The Co-Manager will lead the team during shifts, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage restaurant operations effectively. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

The Co-Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with executing company policies and procedures, overseeing food preparation and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. The position also involves supervising and motivating team members, enforcing state and federal labor laws, and fostering a safe and respectful workplace free from harassment and discrimination. The Co-Manager acts as the General Manager in their absence, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure consistent delivery of excellent service and a positive customer experience.

This leadership position demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask across prep, oven, and cashier stations, and a commitment to upholding health and safety standards. Duties include labor scheduling, food ordering, inventory control, and financial management such as cash handling and cost control. The Co-Manager maintains close communication with the General Manager and Area Coach to address operational challenges and support sales initiatives.

Working in the Little Caesars environment requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot environment near ovens. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Customer service excellence, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are key competencies for success in this role.

Cedars Group offers a supportive team culture and opportunities for career advancement within the Little Caesars network. If you are motivated to lead by example, uphold high operational standards, and contribute to a thriving restaurant, this Co-Manager role provides the platform to grow your career in the quick-service restaurant industry.
