Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-55 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- comfortable working in a hot environment up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and near high-temperature ovens up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to reach between 6 inches and 6 feet
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and problem-solving skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team leadership
- lead opening and closing shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality food and service standards
- ensure accurate orders and prompt service aligned with company goals
- maintain a clean, organized restaurant in compliance with company and health regulations
- lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve strong performance
- ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and labor laws
- provide coaching, feedback, and direction to team members
- assist with scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and product forecasting
- handle cash management and support cost control efforts
- communicate regularly with the General Manager and Area Coach regarding operations and any issues
- help drive sales, resolve operational challenges, and support overall business goals
