Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50-55 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • comfortable working in a hot environment up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and near high-temperature ovens up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to reach between 6 inches and 6 feet

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math and problem-solving skills
  • strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team leadership
  • lead opening and closing shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
  • supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality food and service standards
  • ensure accurate orders and prompt service aligned with company goals
  • maintain a clean, organized restaurant in compliance with company and health regulations
  • lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve strong performance
  • ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and labor laws
  • provide coaching, feedback, and direction to team members
  • assist with scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and product forecasting
  • handle cash management and support cost control efforts
  • communicate regularly with the General Manager and Area Coach regarding operations and any issues
  • help drive sales, resolve operational challenges, and support overall business goals
