Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff under General Manager or District Manager supervision
- Drive sales and profits through effective leadership
- Hire and train team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
