Job Requirements
- Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attend off-site meetings which may require overnight travel
- Must be able to bend, push, reach, twist frequently during shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Continuous movement and coordination throughout the store during shifts
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of retail management or relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
- Experience with financial management including driving sales, managing payroll, and controlling expenses
- Proven retail management skills in inventory control, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising directives
- Leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent and leading teams through change
- Proficient with technology such as Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure, exercise good judgment, and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
- Review, analyze, and react to financial and operational reports, including store visit and audit results
- Use company programs, tools, and resources to drive store improvements and meet goals
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and sales
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store attendance policies
