Job Description
Wingstop is a vibrant and rapidly growing restaurant chain known for delivering an unparalleled flavor experience since 1994. Specializing in fresh, made-to-order wings, Wingstop has carved a niche in the fast-casual dining space by focusing on bold flavors and exceptional customer service. With each location dedicated to serving guests with delicious food and memorable experiences, Wingstop has become a beloved brand that attracts a loyal customer base. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, passion, and a fast-paced environment where every role—from the line cook to management—is valued as part of a collective mission to deliver excellence and excitement every day.
Wingstop is currently seeking a dynamic General Manager for its Loveland, CO location to lead its operational success. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage ranging from $15.16 to $19.16, dependent on experience and in compliance with local wage laws. The General Manager role is central to ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining the brand’s high standards for flavor, service, and cleanliness. As the leader, you will be responsible for cultivating a motivated and high-performing team culture that embodies the company’s spirit and commitment to customer satisfaction.
In this leadership role, you will own all operational aspects of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with food safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing labor and food costs effectively while driving sales and profitability. You will serve as the brand ambassador, focused on providing outstanding guest service and a consistent, craveable flavor experience that keeps customers returning. Team development is a key part of your role, as you will train and inspire team members to reach their full potential and contribute to the restaurant’s success.
The schedule for a General Manager is structured to ensure consistent presence during peak business hours, typically including two opening shifts, two closing shifts, and one mid-day shift weekly. Flexibility is important as you may be required to work the five busiest days based on store traffic and sales projections. This role demands resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-energy environment. Physical stamina is also necessary, as you will be involved in activities that require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling various physical tasks throughout the shift.
Joining Wingstop as a General Manager means becoming part of a fast-moving, fun, and engaging team where leadership directly influences both employee morale and guest satisfaction. Wingstop offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and life insurance, making it a rewarding career choice for those passionate about restaurant operations and leadership.
