The Assistant Manager role at Wingstop is a pivotal position that supports the General Manager in driving operational excellence and maintaining the high standards of the restaurant. The pay range for this role is between $15.16 to $18.16 per hour, guaranteed not to fall below the local minimum wage, ensuring fair and competitive compensation. Additionally, the job involves physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking for long periods, and other labor-intensive tasks, reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant business. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to stand walk bend reach kneel and perform repetitive motions during shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring quality speed and guest satisfaction
- Lead and support team members through training coaching and hands-on guidance
- Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
- Manage shift schedules inventory and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
- Help control costs by monitoring labor waste and food usage
- Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
- Keep communication strong between crew and leadership creating a positive team culture
