Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program
- Current Nevada C.N.A. license
- Current BLS certificate
- Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting

Job Duties
- Complete bedside shift report in the patient's room at the beginning and end of each shift
- Ensure patient is provided with names and contact numbers for members of the care team on communication board every shift
- Meet with supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks
- Involve the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care
- Follow facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety including safe environment, equipment safety practices, radiation safety, and fire prevention
- Adhere to fall precautions by performing or assisting patients with toileting and ADL care and never leaving the patient alone
- Ask for assistance if needed while remaining with the patient
