- graduate of a state approved CNA training program with passed CNA exam as designated by the State Board of Health
- currently licensed with the Indiana State CNA Registry as a Certified Nursing Aide
- practical knowledge of CNA duties and ability to assist residents in activities of daily living

Job Duties
- answer resident call lights promptly
- assist with obtaining and providing meals
- set up meals for residents
- provide hydration support
- assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
- aid residents with eating and transfers
- perform other necessary tasks directed by the Charge Nurse
