Equally important is the ability to foster strong working relationships with ownership, management company stakeholders, clients, and internal operational teams, ensuring a seamless link between sales objectives and guest experience.

The Sales Manager operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication skills both internally and externally. They regularly engage with the local community, representing the properties as the face of the brand and participating in community activities that enhance visibility and goodwill. The position demands meticulous attention to detail in tracking sales activities, managing group blocks, and consistently following up on leads and client requests.

This role is eligible for overtime compensation reflecting the additional responsibilities and active involvement outside of standard working hours. The ideal candidate embraces McKibbon's philosophy by supporting the guest experience, driving revenue growth, and advancing a positive and dynamic sales culture.
