With an annual compensation ranging from 90,000 to 100,000 dollars, this full-time role is pivotal in driving profitable sales growth by retaining existing clientele and securing new corporate accounts within assigned geographic and industry sectors. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience preferably in hospitality industry
- college degree in hospitality or business administration
- experience in luxury hotel environment
- minimum two years in similar operational area especially corporate sales and high-end travel agencies
- strategic and operational knowledge for job performance
- familiarity with SalesPro, Delphi, and Opera software
- understanding of financial accounting processes
Job Qualifications

- extensive experience in luxury hotel settings
- knowledge of sales strategic and operational procedures
- proficiency with SalesPro, Delphi, and Opera software is a plus
- understanding of financial accounting processes
Job Duties
- Sell rooms and suites to achieve targeted revenue goals
- conduct sales visits and maintain relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement officers, business travel agents, and high-end leisure agents
- prepare proposals and contracts promptly with 24-hour customer follow-up
- build and maintain consistent volume from existing corporate accounts and travel agents
- write individual sales action plans quarterly or monthly as requested
- stay informed of competition and participate in networking events and associations
- pass detailed contract information to Reservations and Revenue Management for rate loading
- conduct entertainment and site inspections for customer contacts
- review daily arrivals and directories for potential business and tracking
- organize sales visits and entertainment with corporate clients and plan local market events
- recommend qualified familiarization trips to increase market share
- develop new markets and business sources for corporate sales
- generate ideas for promotions, partnerships, and alliances to increase visibility
- facilitate VIP and first-time guest support with volume accounts
- attend tradeshows, sales trips, and industry functions locally and beyond
- maintain contact with historical and lapsed clients to revive relationships
- work additional hours as needed or requested
- carry out special assignments from Director of Sales
- assist team during peak hours with phone support
