The Club Server position at Prudential Center represents a dynamic role within Levy's vibrant team. The Club Server is responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a lively and fast-paced setting. The role requires a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized dietary needs to effectively assist guests and enhance their dining experience.

As a Club Server, one must communicate effectively with both guests and kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests, demonstrating patience and flexibility throughout the service. This position also involves handling cash and tickets with proper procedures, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and adhering to safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include assisting with special events and functions within the venue, operating various equipment necessary for service, and addressing guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following steps of service
deliver food promptly and professionally
maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs
demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences
demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed
communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests
exhibit exceptional communication skills and teamwork
remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and staff
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information
address complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors
ensure dining room setup before and after service
operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
work with other departments during special events
