This position, Clubs Server, plays a vital role within Levy's team by providing top-notch food and beverage service to guests in club and dining settings. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math competency
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- Accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences including specialized diets and allergens
- Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain flexibility and patience with guests and staff
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and staff
- Address complaints or issues promptly and escalate to supervisor when necessary
- Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods
- Operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- Assist other departments during special events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
