The role of ClubLife Concierge is a key position within the Member Experience Team at Oak View Group. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to Club Members, ensuring every interaction before, during, and after their visit is memorable and enjoyable. The focus of the ClubLife Concierge centers around providing warm welcomes, creating magic moments, and facilitating fond farewells to all members. This position enables a direct impact on the quality of member engagement by supporting project work and member-centered initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall club experience.

The hourly wage for this role is competitive within the hospitality industry, ranging from $12.00 to $14.00, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Job Duties

  • Communicate ClubLife through all channels and take care of members' needs as it relates to reservations, inquiries, preferences
  • Speak to members on various topics and promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, experiences
  • Build relationships and reports with members and guests while executing key ClubLife projects such as birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, invitations to signature events
  • Focus on name recognition and connection with warm welcomes and fond farewells
  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club and provide business and concierge services while being proactive in creating magic moments
  • Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone
  • Assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services in accordance with club standards
  • Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris while ensuring necessary supplies are stocked
  • Accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing and own requests from start to finish
  • Support Member Experience initiatives such as Club Newsletter, Message on Hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls to members, and various marketing collateral to promote member services
