The ClubLife Concierge role at Oak View Group is a vital position within the Member Experience Team, intricately connected to delivering unparalleled service and enhancing Member engagement. This role encompasses diverse responsibilities that promote the ClubLife brand through various communication channels, including social media platforms, email, texting systems, telephone interactions, and direct face-to-face connections. The Concierge serves as a key touchpoint for Members, handling reservations, inquiries, and preferences, ensuring each interaction is personalized and enriching. Beyond routine Member service, the position involves representing ClubLife’s events, facilities, amenities, and unique experiences, actively fostering meaningful relationships and rapport with both Members and guests. Integral to this role is the execution of project-based initiatives such as Birthday campaigns, reservations follow-ups, invitations to signature events, and managing new Member onboarding experiences. These onboarding activities are dedicated to building name recognition and meaningful connections, highlighted through Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells. This hourly position pays $16.00 and contributes to the broader mission of enhancing the live entertainment journey by cultivating a vibrant, engaging club atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role

Job Duties

  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to our members
  • be proactive in creating magic moments
  • inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone
  • assist members in providing information for and scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services in accordance with club standards
  • maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris
  • ensure supplies needed by members and guests are stocked such as pens and notepads
  • accommodate member and guest requests for business services, including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services, owning the request from start to finish
  • assist member experience initiatives including newsletter, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls to members, and other marketing collateral
  • adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
  • attend daily lineups and participate as requested
  • maintain professional and respectful conduct
  • take pride in appearance by arriving in a clean, neat uniform and proper grooming
  • adapt flexibly to members' and guests' changing needs
  • understand service recovery procedures for members and guests
