Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or similar role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members and create Magic Moments
- inform members and guests of club services, features, events, and amenities in person and by phone
- assist members by scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas
- stock supplies needed by members and guests such as pens and notepads
- accommodate business service requests including faxing, copying, mailing, and own requests from start to finish
- support member experience initiatives including newsletters, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls, and marketing collateral
