Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer service role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills across multiple formats
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related systems
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- positive, service-oriented attitude
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality business or similar role

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members and create magic moments
- inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities in person and over the phone
- assist members with scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services
- support member experience initiatives such as club newsletters, event announcements, outbound calls, and marketing collateral
