Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Service-oriented attitude with a focus on member satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role
- Service-oriented mindset capable of making every guest feel valued
- Strong verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competence in working with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- Provide business and concierge services to members and create magic moments
- Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities in person and over the phone
- Assist members with information and scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Accommodate member and guest requests for business services such as faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge duties
- Assist member experience initiatives including newsletters, message on hold, website calendar updates, event announcements, outbound calls, and marketing collateral
