Invited is currently seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join their team as ClubLife Concierges. This role is a vital part of the Member Experience Team and focuses on creating remarkable and memorable experiences for club members from the moment they arrive until their departure. The ClubLife Concierge position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, service-oriented environments and who excel in delivering warm welcomes, creating magic moments, and fond farewells. The role involves engaging directly with members and guests, assisting with their needs, providing concierge and business services, and supporting various club initiatives aimed at enhancing member satisfaction and engagement.

Job Duties

  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members
  • inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities
  • assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations
  • maintain the lobby, front entrance, and workstation clean and stocked
  • accommodate member and guest business service requests including faxing, copying, and mailing
  • assist member experience initiatives such as newsletters, event announcements, and marketing collateral
  • seat guests
