The role of ClubLife Concierge is integral to Invited's Member Experience Team, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional service that fosters community and enhances member engagement. This position is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, who excel at creating memorable moments from the moment members and guests arrive to their departure. The ClubLife Concierge is responsible for supporting project work and achieving the team's goals by ensuring all interactions are warm, welcoming, and personalized. Candidates in this role will be pivotal in providing concierge and business services, offering members assistance with destinations within the club, event information, amenity details, and appointment scheduling in alignment with club standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding members and guests, managing concierge requests from start to finish, and proactively generating 'Magic Moments' that elevate the club experience. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front entrance areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available, and assisting in various member experience initiatives such as newsletters, website updates, marketing collateral, and event promotions. An essential aspect of the role is the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently via multiple channels including in-person, telephone, text, and social media, while remaining adaptable to dynamic club environments.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field, with a service-oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for creating valued guest experiences. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this engaging and fast-paced role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
