Job Description
River Landing at Sandy Ridge is a distinguished senior living community located in the Triad area, known for being the only one in the region featuring a regulation 9-hole golf course. This community offers residents not just an exceptional living experience but also access to premier recreational facilities that enhance their lifestyle. The golf course itself is complemented by a clubhouse that houses two unique dining venues—the Overlook, which provides a casual dining experience, and The Hilltop Pub, which focuses on pub house favorites. These amenities offer a combination of comfort, socialization, and refined dining opportunities making River Landing a sought-after community for seniors looking for an active and enjoyable lifestyle. Being an integral part of a community that fosters engagement, health, and well-being, River Landing aims to uphold the highest standards in hospitality and customer service to ensure every resident feels valued and well-cared for.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse's food and beverage department. This leadership role demands a dynamic individual with 5 to 8 years of experience in upscale environments such as private clubs, resorts, or the hospitality industry. The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, quality control, and event coordination to elevate the overall experience for residents and guests. The role requires availability to work weekends with hours generally from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm including one hour break, and earlier Sunday shifts from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. This position plays a crucial role in managing the brand reputation of River Landing by ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining safe and welcoming environments, and fostering a strong sense of community through engaging events. The manager will collaborate closely with other department leaders, participate in high-level planning committees, and lead the team with a hands-on approach. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional passionate about creating memorable experiences and driving operational excellence in a vibrant residential community setting.
