The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging between $19.00 and $21.00, with opportunities to develop vital leadership skills through training and hands-on experience. Delaware North emphasizes the well-being of team members by providing comprehensive benefits such as weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and professional development programs. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off including vacation and holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
