Job Description

The Houston Texans are a professional American football team based in Houston, Texas. As an integral part of the National Football League (NFL), the Texans have quickly established a strong presence in the sports world since their founding in 2002. Known for their commitment to excellence and growth both on and off the field, the Houston Texans strive to foster a culture of dedication, hard work, and teamwork among their employees and players alike. The team plays its home games at NRG Stadium, one of the premier venues in the league, and the organization puts a major emphasis on not only competitive performance but also on delivering an exceptional fan and member experience. The Texans are dedicated to engaging their community, building lasting relationships with fans, and creating an inclusive and vibrant environment that celebrates football and camaraderie.

This job opening is for the position of Club Seat Membership Advisor within the Houston Texans organization. This role is classified as an exempt, full-time position in the Ticketing department, reporting directly to the Senior Club Membership Services Manager. The Texas Texans are currently seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented professional to manage assigned premium club seat accounts. The core responsibility of the Club Seat Membership Advisor involves maintaining proactive communication and engagement with premium seat members to drive renewals, retention, and sales growth. This position requires a combination of strong sales and customer service skills, relationship management capabilities, and a passion for member experience enhancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-menu services related to premium Club Seat memberships. This includes conducting consistent outreach efforts, overseeing account activity tracking, and providing excellent service during game days and special events. The Club Seat Membership Advisor will serve as the Texans' on-site representative during these premium experiences, collaborating closely with various internal departments such as Partnerships, Marketing, Creative, Food & Beverage, and Operations to ensure seamless and memorable member engagement.

Furthermore, the role involves leadership responsibilities including managing gameday concierge staff and supporting the development and training of team members to maintain the very highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. The advisor must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to exercise problem-solving skills and make decisions in real-time to offer superior service and handle any immediate member needs or challenges.

Candidates should possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit balanced by humility and a collaborative work ethic. Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Archtics, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. The position demands a flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and game days. While telecommuting is not an option for this role, the rewards come in the form of direct interaction with high-value members and the chance to contribute to the team’s growth and success.

The Houston Texans emphasize a workplace culture built on character, discipline, and a commitment to winning with integrity. Employees are expected to embody the Texans' core teammate habits: dedication, adaptability, passion, integrity, and accountability. Those who join the Texans are not only investing in their careers but are also contributing to a dynamic organization that consistently cultivates excellence and embraces fearless evolution. The organization values the local community and prioritizes candidates residing in the Houston metropolitan area, recognizing the importance of strong local ties.

Joining the Houston Texans as a Club Seat Membership Advisor offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals passionate about sports, customer service, and relationship management to thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment, helping to create unforgettable experiences for premium members and advancing the organization’s vision to be champions in every way.
