The seasonal Club Runner position at Lambeau Field offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Delaware North’s dynamic team serving the Green Bay Packers community. As a Club Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of luxury suites by managing inventory, serving guests, and attending to their needs in a fast-paced sports venue. This position requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to execute opening, mid, and closing duties effectively. The role provides weekly pay at $15.00 per hour along with eligibility for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift and carry food trays and supplies up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift, including using stairs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform opening, mid, and closing duties as outlined by management
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and events

Job Duties

  • Loads and unloads product and supplies on carts
  • Transports food and beverage items from one location to another
  • Stocks and places food and beverage items in the proper location
  • Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as outlined by management
  • Attends to guests' needs in luxury suites
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Assists with set-up and clean-up during events
