The role of Club Receptionist, affectionately known as the "Director of First Impressions," is a vital position within East Bank Club. This part-time role offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00, with work schedules primarily on Monday and Sunday from early morning until early afternoon. The Club Receptionist is the initial point of contact for all members, guests, and vendors entering the club. This person embodies the spirit of hospitality by greeting everyone with a warm smile and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Beyond welcoming visitors, the receptionist supports various departments by relaying important information, handling inquiries, and managing potentially challenging situations calmly and professionally. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong sense of organization to maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.

In this frontline role, the Club Receptionist is expected to uphold the club's high standards of customer service, contributing to an inviting and efficient atmosphere. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting all individuals, executing precise check-in procedures, managing phone calls, and supporting team members and management through clear communication. Physical demands of the job involve standing, walking, and some lifting or bending as necessary.
