Job Duties
- Welcome all individuals into the club
- assist members, guests and vendors as needed
- monitor and carry out accurate check-in procedures for all members, guests, and employees
- exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times
- complete job duties while multitasking
- maintain a clean and organized workspace for reception associates
- re-route calls and alert various departments on visitors and guests
- handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
- communicate effectively with team members and management
