The Club Manager role at Aramark is a dynamic position focused on overseeing premium club-level operations to support all events at a stadium setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every aspect of the concessions and event operations is managed effectively, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing operational efficiency. The Club Manager is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff to maintain a fully staffed concessions team that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This includes overseeing inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services, and maintaining high standards for quality across all events.

Additionally, the Club Manager collaborates closely with the catering team to assist with premium special events on non-game days, maintaining seamless operational excellence throughout. Effective management of financial performance is also a core responsibility, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the profitability of the club concessions operation. The role demands attention to compliance with food service and alcohol service laws, along with safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Relationship management skills are essential, as the Club Manager must nurture vendor, supplier, client, and customer partnerships to strengthen business outcomes.

The position requires a flexible approach to work hours, including availability for evening, weekend, and potentially holiday shifts, adapting to the variable nature of event-based operations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • at least 3 years related experience
  • previous supervisory or managerial experience in special events, hospitality, or catering
  • excellent client and customer relation skills
  • strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability for event-based work including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 3 years of related experience
  • previous experience in a supervisor or manager role in special events, hospitality, or catering

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure concessions operation is fully staffed and employees are trained in all aspects of the operation
  • ensure all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectations
  • manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products
  • deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • oversee day-to-day club-level operations and assist catering team on non-game days for premium special events
  • maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners
  • develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of club concessions operation
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • develop and implement policies and procedures for concessions operation including sanitation, safety, and security measures
  • ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies including food and alcohol service
