The role of the Club Manager at Villa Portofino is strategic and multifaceted, designed to lead and align the facility's operations with the broader objectives of BlueStar Resort & Golf Division. Job Requirements
- Graduation from a 4-year accredited college or university or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a high-end private club or a portfolio of several clubs
- Extensive working background of all operations related to a private club including administrative, maintenance, financial and personnel matters
- Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards
- Experience in event planning and budgeting preferred
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, suppliers and the general public
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, portions and percentages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills in dealing with members and clients
- Must demonstrate initiative ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected

Job Duties
- Lead the formulation, interpretation, and communication of the overall direction and long-range vision for the facility
- Lead the development and update of the five-year plan and annual business plan review
- Maintain close liaison with executive leadership and clients to align development priorities with operating goals
- Participate in monthly financial calls and manage weekly financial performance tracking and analysis
- Perform site inspections and implement improvement procedures with department managers
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, government officials, and investors
- Establish and maintain communications with various government departments
- Develop long-range plans to ensure exceptional product delivery and profit contributions
- Participate in marketing and branding strategy reviews and implementation
- Formulate pricing policies for various revenue streams
- Manage clubhouse and restaurant plans, setting sales and business development goals
- Maintain communication and motivation within Food and Beverage operations
- Monitor and adjust strategies to impact revenues and cost controls
- Oversee cost management for F&B operations
- Create comprehensive member programs including activities and events
- Host club events and conduct satisfaction surveys
- Create strategic partnerships to promote lifestyle events
- Perform other duties as assigned
