- 10 plus years leadership experience in dynamic luxury hospitality establishments
- Some experience in private or membership environments preferred
- Innate service orientation with ability to develop and maintain performance standards
- Exceptional team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of California labor mandates
- Strong financial management track record with P and L responsibility for 5 million plus

Job Duties
- Serve as top operational decision-maker for the club
- Act as key point of contact for club finances, guests, and team members
- Develop, implement, and maintain standards of performance across all operational areas
- Lead and motivate the team with exceptional leadership skills
- Oversee food and beverage and events operations
- Manage P&L responsibility for $5 million plus budgets
- Ensure compliance with California labor mandates
