The role of Regency Club Attendant is an exciting opportunity to join this esteemed hospitality team. The Regency Club is a private lounge within the hotel that caters to VIP guests and frequent stay members, offering an exclusive environment with a variety of food and beverage options, latest media technology, and periodicals. As a Regency Club Attendant, you are at the forefront of elevating guest experiences, providing personalized service, and ensuring the luxury and comfort associated with the Hyatt brand. This position demands a balance of hospitality skills and attention to detail, with responsibilities ranging from maintaining the lounge and assisting guests with inquiries, to making reservations and handling special requests.
This full-time position is fast-paced and requires moderate physical activity, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. The role also involves utilizing basic computer skills and, preferably, experience with hospitality software platforms like Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel.
