Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide personalized service and cater to guests' needs
- Set up and maintain the club lounge area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere
- Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages
- Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment
- Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
