The role of Club Lounge Attendant at Sheraton Seattle is a full-time, non-management position that offers an hourly pay of $27.00. Located at 1400 6th Ave, Seattle, Washington, this role is crucial in maintaining the club lounge's high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and safety. The Club Lounge Attendant will monitor seating availability and service quality, ensuring the wellbeing of guests at all times. Duties include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining the bar and surrounding areas, stocking supplies, and completing opening and closing responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Requisition all necessary supplies and transport from storeroom to bar set-up
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Document information in department logbook
  • Forecast meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
  • Follow company policies and procedures
