The role offered at Louie's is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. Availability is required primarily for evening shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, with additional shifts on weekends and holidays as needed. The position involves providing frontline guest services, including greeting guests warmly, managing telephone inquiries, handling reservations and food-to-go orders, and supporting service staff and management to ensure seamless operations. The host or hostess will serve as the face of Louie's, welcoming guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while maintaining a clean and orderly reception area. This role is critical in creating the initial impression that sets the tone for the entire guest experience.
