Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality and food service company that manages concessions and premium dining services at prominent venues across the United States. One such notable venue is the American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a 41,900-seat stadium and the home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more
- Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- Exposure to variable temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
- Basic math skills including ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Effective team player with ability to follow procedures and take directions
Job Duties
- Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures and food production
- Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and operate kitchen equipment properly
- Clean equipment correctly according to procedures
- Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and management
