The role of a Club Lounge Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton offers a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious team committed to upholding the "Gold Standards" of service excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other related tools, as well as preparing and serving hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with the highest standards. The role demands proactive communication regarding inventory replenishment needs, including stocking ice, glassware, and supplies, and managing opening and closing duties to ensure seamless operation.

In addition to handling beverage preparation and service, the Club Lounge Attendant undertakes tasks such as washing dishes and utensils, securing liquor and other beverages, and maintaining detailed documentation in the department logbook. The attendant also forecasts meal requirements, liaises with kitchen staff regarding special guest requests, and reports any accidents or unsafe work conditions to management promptly. Adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and safeguarding confidential information are critical components of the role.
