The role of Attendant/Concierge for the Club Level Lounge at the Sheraton Greensboro is a vital position within the hotel’s hospitality team. The individual filling this role will be responsible for creating an inviting and welcoming environment for premier guests who have access to the exclusive Club Level Lounge. This lounge serves as a private retreat offering a range of complimentary food and beverage options in an elegant setting. The Attendant/Concierge ensures that all guests receive outstanding service, attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.

This is a part-time to full-time position with typical working hours from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday through Friday. The role demands a personable and attentive individual who can maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge while keeping food and beverages well stocked. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience by ensuring the lounge remains a clean, neat, and comfortable space. Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude are crucial for success in this position. The Attendant/Concierge will work closely with other hotel departments to anticipate and accommodate guest needs, reinforcing the Sheraton Greensboro's commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior hospitality or customer service experience
  • availability to work 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Friday
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
