As a full-time, non-management team member in the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category at The Ritz-Carlton Clayton, you will play a key role in maintaining the exclusive and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel’s club lounge. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and overall wellbeing. This position involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks, while ensuring that the bar and its surrounding areas are clean and well-stocked throughout your shift. You will be entrusted with managing inventory, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all equipment and storage areas are secure.

This role demands excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members, anticipate guest needs, and handle special requests to ensure a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift items up to 25 pounds and the stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during your work shift.
