The role of Club Lounge Attendant at JW Marriott is a critical position focused on delivering outstanding service in an exclusive lounge setting. The attendant is responsible for monitoring seating availability, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area and related tools. This position involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages including hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks, as well as managing inventory by stocking ice, glassware, and other supplies necessary for seamless service operations. The role demands anticipation of replenishment needs and effective communication with relevant departments to support smooth service delivery. Responsibilities also include dishwashing, opening and closing duties, requisition and transport of supplies, securing alcoholic beverages and storage areas, and documenting relevant information accurately. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to complete opening and closing duties
  • Willingness to perform additional reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
