Job Duties

  • control seating availability in the club lounge
  • maintain cleanliness of the bar, furniture, tables, and other equipment
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • anticipate and communicate restocking needs promptly
  • wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
  • complete opening and closing tasks
  • requisition necessary provisions from storage to the bar area
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document department information accurately
  • anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • greet and recognize guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • foster positive workplace relationships and support team goals
  • adhere to quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
