The responsibilities include managing seating availability efficiently and maintaining order in the club lounge. The job requires overseeing cleanliness by maintaining the bar and furnishings, preparing and serving a variety of beverages including hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks, and ensuring that the provisions like ice, glassware, and supplies are well stocked at all times. Anticipating restocking needs and immediately communicating them is critical to seamless service.

Additional duties involve cleaning dishes and utensils when necessary, handling both opening and closing procedures for the lounge, and securing inventory such as liquors, wines, beers, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Documentation of relevant information in departmental records is essential to maintain accurate logs.

The role demands proactive communication with kitchen staff for special food requests and extra food, along with reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management promptly. Job Duties
