Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- no license or certification required
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- willingness to comply with company dress code and appearance standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Control seat availability
- maintain bar, bar furniture, tables, and instruments clean and in good condition
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- restock ice, glassware, and supplies
- anticipate restocking needs and communicate promptly
- wash dishes and cooking utensils as needed
- complete opening and closing tasks
- requisition supplies from storage to bar area
- secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- document relevant department information
- anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and protect company information
- greet guests per company standards, anticipate and attend to service needs
- assist disabled guests
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review accurate documents
- answer phones using protocol
- cultivate positive labor relations
- support team goals
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks including lifting and standing as required
- perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors
