The position of Club Front Desk Lead at the Flamingo Resort & Spa plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service and operational efficiency that guests and members have come to expect. As a frontline representative, this role is crucial in leading and supporting the front desk team to ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations within the health club. Responsibilities include managing member inquiries, assisting with check-ins and appointments, and resolving concerns promptly while upholding the resort’s commitment to outstanding customer service. Leading by example, the Club Front Desk Lead oversees scheduling, training, coaching, and performance feedback for team members to continually enhance service delivery. Moreover, this leadership role involves coordinating between various departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and fitness instructors to ensure seamless and enjoyable member experiences. The Club Front Desk Lead is also responsible for enforcing club policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment, managing inventory, and preserving confidentiality of all guest and member information.
