Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- have 3-5 years of relevant progressive management experience
- have 2-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations
- demonstrate strong management and communication skills
- ability to enforce policies and procedures consistently
- able to handle membership inquiries with diplomacy and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees in a fast-paced, customer-facing team environment with measurable outcomes
- 2-3 years of broad retail, hospitality, or operations industry experience requiring high execution in both operations and service
- strong management skills with a focus on reducing turnover and fostering a dynamic, cohesive workplace
- excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on listening
- demonstrated diplomacy and professionalism in line with The Legends Way
- must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club
- train new staff members
- provide ongoing assistance and training to staff
- collaborate with staff to ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- recruit staff and maintain optimal staffing levels
- monitor and evaluate club operations, programs, and practices for quality and effectiveness
- manage Service and Operations Team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- cover staff shifts in emergencies or as needed
- enforce club rules and promote proper procedure execution
- handle membership questions, concerns, and inquiries
