The Promontory Club is currently looking to fill a part-time position for a Club Concierge, an integral role within their hospitality team. The Club Concierge will work under the direction of the Concierge Manager, tasked with the critical responsibility of addressing the needs and requests of Promontory Members with exceptional service and attention to detail. This role demands a proactive, resourceful individual who is passionate about going above and beyond standard service expectations. The Concierge serves as a key resource and time-saving partner for members, providing personalized assistance with travel planning, dining reservations, entertainment options, transportation arrangements, and more. The position requires a hands-on approach, constant innovation toward enhancing service offerings, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with members through attentive follow-up and problem resolution.
The Club Concierge must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering outstanding guest interaction at all times. The individual must be adept at multitasking, skilled in administrative functions, and able to uphold Promontory’s high standards for professionalism and ethical conduct. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to sit at a desk or in a meeting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 30lbs occasionally
- Must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- At least 2 to 3 years related experience in a high profile customer service position
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Exceptional guest interaction skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong administrative tendencies
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to adapt approach to different situations
- High grooming standards
- Ability to act as a role model to colleagues and maintain high ethical conduct
Job Duties
- Provide travel agent and trip planning recommendations to Members
- Provide lodging and transportation arrangements
- Arrange dining reservations
- Provide entertainment suggestions
- Provide visitor information
- Make any arrangements requested by Members
- Act as Point of Contact for Promontory Home Owner Services Program
- Call tracking and scheduling
- All Member follow-up
- Report generation as directed
- Update Membership data base as directed
- Coordinating all package deliveries to and from the Members
- Resolve Member complaints
- Constantly be aware of daily functions and promotions
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Other duties as assigned
