The Promontory Club is currently seeking a dedicated Club Concierge to join their team. This position is available for both part-time and full-time hours, including weekends, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of an elite service environment. The Club Concierge plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of Promontory's esteemed members. Working closely with the Concierge Manager, the Concierge acts as a critical resource, offering personalized assistance in various areas such as travel planning, dining reservations, entertainment suggestions, and much more. The role demands a high level of dedication where no request is too large or too small, emphasizing a hands-on approach and constant innovation to elevate the service experience. The Concierge is responsible for being a reliable point of contact for members and internal staff alike, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all service touchpoints.

Beyond routine tasks, the role calls for an individual with outstanding organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate must also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively manage member interactions. High standards of personal grooming, ethics, and professionalism are essential, reflecting the prestige of the Promontory brand. Educationally, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least two to three years of related experience in a high-profile customer service role required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is also needed. Physical demands include the ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds, with willingness to work varied hours including holidays and weekends. The position offers competitive wages starting at $21.00 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience, as well as benefits like golf privileges on award-winning courses and yearly bonuses. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be able to pass a pre employment background check

  • must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends
  • must be able to sit at a desk or in a meeting for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift 30lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years related experience in a high profile customer service position
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • basic computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide travel agent and trip planning recommendations to members
  • provide lodging and transportation arrangements
  • arrange dining reservations
  • provide entertainment suggestions
  • provide visitor information
  • make any arrangements requested by members
  • act as point of contact for Promontory Home Owner Services Program
  • call tracking and scheduling
  • all member follow-up
  • report generation as directed
  • update membership database as directed
  • coordinating all package deliveries to and from the members
  • resolve member complaints
  • constantly be aware of daily functions and promotions
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • other duties as assigned
